This policy only applies to goods purchased through our Just Jeans on-line store.
In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
To obtain a refund return the item including the receipt (that you received with your parcel)
and indicate the reason for the return.

We will credit your credit card, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered),
or we can also hold a credit towards your membership for future purchases if you choose.
Do not re-use our courier bag.
If you would like to exchange a colour, style or size from your on-line order, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements and include $5 for Australia and $8 for New Zealand for re-delivery (credit card only). An exchange is subject to availability of goods, so if possible include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. Space to record your credit card details is provided on the bottom of your on-line receipt.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.
You can exchange or return your on-line order to any Just Jeans store with the receipt you receive in your parcel. This option is preferred as you can receive an exchange or refund directly and easily and do not have to pay re-delivery.
