We deliver by Australian Air Express courier and your signature is required on delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel after 2 attempts it will be taken to your nearest Australian Air Express depot. The courier will leave a card with a number on it for you to organise re-delivery or simply pick it up from the depot. If the parcel is left at the depot for more then 6 business days it is then sent back to Just Jeans Head Office where we will make another attempt to contact you.
