Browsing products

To place an order on-line you need to have browsed our product departments and added items to your shopping bag. You do this within a product page; by selecting a size & colour from the drop down box, enter a quantity then click add to bag.

When the product is added to your list 'item added' will appear. Once you have finished and wish to purchase your items click My Shopping Bag which appears on the top right hand corner of your screen at all times. From there you can proceed to checkout, confirm your order and enter your method of payment.

You must be a member to place an on-line order with us. Join up today to receive exclusive product emails, first pick on new hot fashion items and ability to enter our fantastic competitions.

My Account

You can view and update your account details at any time by simply clicking My Account which appears in the top navigation bar at all times. To log into your account, enter your email address and password.

If you have forgotten your password click on forgot your password? enter your first name and email address and we will send you an email containing your new password.

My Shopping Bag

To view the contents of your shopping bag simply click My Shopping Bag which appears in the top navigation bar at all times. You can also access your shopping bag through your account after you have logged in.

You must be signed into your account to continue through your shopping bag to the checkout. Within your shopping bag you can choose to remove products or continue through to the checkout. All promotional codes need to be keyed into the Promotion Code field found in the left hand corner of the shopping Bag.

Checkout

Once you have confirmed the contents of your shopping bag you may then continue through to the checkout. In here you can change delivery details, or choose to send your order as a gift.

Sending gifts

You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. When you enter the checkout, replace your default address details with the receiver's information. The goods will be delivered there without affecting your default details for future orders. You must indicate that the order is a gift by clicking the box provided. We will send the receipt with the goods to the lucky person without the prices shown. If you like, you can add a message to go with your gift (max 250 characters) and it will be sent on the receipt contained in the parcel. We do require a contact name, phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the parcel is a surprise present.

Our aim is to bring you all the latest Just Jeans styles available to purchase through our online store. You have to be fast because if the item you are looking for is out of stock we cannot guarantee that we will get more delivered. We give you the option of ordering stock through phone or email if your size or colour is sold out. Simply call or email us and ask.

Payment methods

The following cards can be used to purchase through Just Jeans Online: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, and American Express. We also accept E-Gift vouchers that can only be redeemed through our online store. Gift vouchers purchased in our stores cannot be used as a payment method on our online store.

Just Shop Loyalty card

All Just-Shop members automatically receive a 5% discount on every purchase made through our on-line store. To be eligible for the discount please ensure you give us your Just-Shop card number upon registration. For the discount to apply to your order you must log out after registering and log back in for your card number to be registered. If you are already a member simply Update your Details and add in your Just Shop card number including the "S" located on the back of the card.

Please note: Just-Shop promotions, instant prizes and points are not applicable at the moment through our on-line store.

Pricing and the GST

We try to keep our prices consistent throughout our stores and our on-line store. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs that are only available online. Special product markdowns or promotions that appear within our online store are only available when ordering online unless otherwise stated.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

You can access the Size Chart within any product by clicking onto the size chart icon.

E-Gift Vouchers

You can purchase Just Jeans E-Gift vouchers for your friends & family 'electronically' through e-mail.

When the voucher is sent 'electronically', it is forwarded to the receiver's email address and can be redeemed using a secret code, which is enclosed within the e-mail.

To purchase a voucher/s online, add one to your shopping bag (there is a gift voucher section within the online shop). When you 'checkout' to pay for the voucher, you will be asked to enter the receiver's e-mail address, name and a short message (max 250 characters). The voucher e-mail will be sent after the payment process is completed. You can also combine an order of clothing for yourself while sending a gift voucher/s to others. The voucher/s are sent as e-mails and your order of clothing is sent to you. Easy!!!

Vouchers can be redeemed through this site at any time using the secret code that is sent with the gift voucher e-mail. They can also be redeemed if placing a phone order. Again, the secret code must be provided at the time of payment to your phone operator.

You don't need to use the total amount of the voucher at one time. You can use a portion of the voucher with one order and the remaining amount can be used with another order at another time. The amount is kept in our system automatically until you wish to use it. You can also use a portion of the voucher and split the order amount with a credit card (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Amex).

Please note:

• E-Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months & can only be redeemed through our on-line store.
• E-Gift Vouchers are not accepted as a method of payment in Just Jeans stores.

Important Information

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers available until stocks sell out.

We reserve the right:

• to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
• that all orders are subject to availability of stock.
• to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
