An e-Gift Voucher is an electronic voucher which can only be redeemed through our on-line store. This voucher cannot be used to purchase products in a normal Just Jeans store.
When the e-Gift Voucher is sent electronically, it is forwarded to the receiver's email address and can be redeemed using a secret code, which is enclosed within the e-mail.
To purchase a voucher's online, add one to your shopping bag. When you 'checkout' to pay for the voucher, you will be asked to enter the receiver's e-mail address, name and a short message (max 250 characters). The voucher e-mail will be sent after the payment process is completed. You can also combine an order of clothing for yourself while sending a gift voucher's to others. The voucher's are sent as e-mails and your order of clothing is sent to you. Easy!!!
Vouchers can be redeemed through this site at any time using the secret code that is sent with the gift voucher e-mail. They can also be redeemed if placing a phone order. Again, the secret code must be provided at the time of payment to your phone operator.
You don't need to use the total amount of the voucher at one time. You can use a portion of the voucher with one order and the remaining amount can be used with another order at another time. The amount is kept in our system automatically until you wish to use it. You can also use a portion of the voucher and split the order amount with a credit card (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Amex).

A Gift Card is a plastic card which may contain any pre-purchased amount redeemable only in a Just Jeans Store. Gift Cards can be purchased in-store and the value remaining on the card can be checked online anytime.

You can either check the balance of your card online or in-store. Every time you make a purchase in-store the receipt will show you the previous balance, transaction value and remaining balance. You can check your transaction history online or by contacting us - in Australia call 1800 229 688 and in New Zealand call 00 61 3 9420 0498.

Just Group does not accept any liability for any delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions, however occurring (including as a result of negligence) in the collecting, recording, processing, storing or dissemination of this information.
You can purchase a gift card in any Just Jeans store for any value between $5 and $1,000. Cards are active once your
purchase has been completed through the point of sale in-store. You cannot purchase a gift
card as part of a lay-by sale.
Gift card value cannot be reloaded.
You can purchase any item in store using your gift card. Give the gift card to the sales
assistant when making your purchase, you will need to scratch the panel covering the access code
and enter this number on the pin pad when prompted. Once the transaction has been completed your
gift card balance will be reduced by the purchase amount.
You can use your gift card as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero.
We will not refund cash for any unused gift card amount.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found on your receipt, on the back of the gift card or online.
Treat your gift card like cash. Lost and stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Once the gift card has been fully redeemed, it cannot be reused.
This gift card ("card") is issued by Just Jeans Pty Ltd ("Just Jeans") ABN 72 004 890 037. A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card once activated is: redeemable for merchandise at Just Jeans stores in Australia; not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; valid until the earlier of the expiry date shown on the card (being one year from date of issue) or when no amount remains on the card; not able to be reloaded; partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited.
