Returning & Exchanging goods

This policy only applies to goods purchased through our Just Jeans on-line store.

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 21 days of purchase.
2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.

Refund

For a refund, please include the invoice you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) or hold a credit against your membership for future purchases.

Exchanges

There are 2 options available.

1. There is a $5.00 return fee for all exchanges, therefore if you would like to exchange either size, style or colour, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements and include $5.00 for Australia or $8.00 for New Zealand re delivery. Space to record your credit card details is provided on the bottom of your on-line receipt. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of goods, therefore please list alternative item/s in case we have sold out of your first choice.
2. You are welcome to exchange or return your order in person at any of our Just Jeans retail stores, (excluding DFO's) provided you have the original receipt and credit card used for the purchase.

Please do not re-use our courier bag. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated. We cannot accept any pre paid satchels, envelopes, cash or stamps for redelivery purpose.
